Bodywork - F1-67

The F1-67 is not a replica of any specific car of the time , it has always been my intention to produce a generic shape representative of the style of that period.

A steel and aluminium buck was made and once happy with the basic contours and size the base was profiled and finally spilt into the 7 pieces that make up the finished car . We are producing an optional nose cone in the Gurney Eagle style , by combining different nosecones and leaving off the rear bodywork sections many different appearances can be achieved especially when combined with suitable colour schemes typical of the time . If you want yours to look like a Lotus 49 then order green without rear body sections and under slung exhaust!
